The service
Poivia matches products to professionals and delivers them by email. It is free to use. Using it means you accept these terms.
Your account
You sign in with Google, so there is no password for us to lose. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
If you publish a product
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to show it on the site and to include it in our emails, which is the whole point of publishing it here.
You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload. Every product is reviewed before it goes out, and we may decline or remove one without giving a reason.
If you receive the newsletter
You only receive email after confirming from a link we send you. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and it works immediately.
We send products we believe are relevant to the profile you gave us. We do not promise they will be, and we are not responsible for what those companies do, sell, or claim.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, correct, or free of faults, and we are not liable for losses arising from using it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: unsubscribe from any email, or write to us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and its date. Carrying on using the service means you accept the new version.
